“We chose Home Quality Remodeling for a full remodel of a kitchen and three bathrooms. Amir Levy was the project manager assigned. He has two exceptional qualities. First, he is fair and complete in his quotes. I had quotes from eight contractors. Amir was the only one who included everything in the quote. There was nothing missing that was discovered later. We had a partially rotted wall that was discovered after the kitchen wall was opened, and his additional charge was very reasonable. Second, he cares deeply about quality. When one of his workers made a mistake, or if we had a misunderstanding, he fixed it. No extra charge.

He is experienced, and gave great advice on what options we had for designs and materials, without pushing for any particular one. He helped find better alternatives to my design ideas several times. The kitchen designer worked with us to quickly turn our ideas into a design that we love, a year later. Amir’s workers were generally highly skilled. In a couple of cases, they were not up to Amir’s quality standards, and were quickly replaced. His good relationships with the city and inspectors really helped get the paperwork done.

“Bay Area Design & Construction recently completed a total rebuild of our home, and it turned out incredible! Our project was pretty complicated because we worked with a separate architect and landscape designer, and Payman's team had to coordinate with both. We also selected some specialty materials, which at times needed different installers. Darío and Gino were always there in person to support us and make sure all of the separate parties worked together smoothly. They responded immediately whenever we had questions or concerns. Payman made on-site recommendations to make the house more comfortable for us to navigate as we get older. They were also very patient with us when we took extra time to make decisions or work with vendors they weren't familiar with.

When there were hold ups with the city, Payman used all of his contacts to speed things up for us. And when the original appliance vendor our architect recommended had unexpected delays, he managed to source the same appliances much sooner and in time for our inspection.

We were very stressed being away from home and having so many decisions to make, but it was worth it. We couldn't have asked for kinder or more professional people to work with!“

“We walked into the KB showroom to look at cabinets and counter tops for our kitchen remodel. Shon was so helpful in guiding us, we loved his suggestions. Although we had several other quotes, Shon's design was perfect, giving us a more open kitchen that flows into our family room. He even suggested (without my saying anything) that we add a built in desk. This was something I wanted but the other contractors said it wouldn't work. But then they couldn't see beyond the existing footprint. We hired KB and are delighted with the results.“

“We had a leak in our 2F bathtub which was done by another contractor. I was expecting the worst case scenario where we had to replace the whole bath tub, and that is when Roy's team came in. They were very fair about their quote, and recommended to first only charge the opening of the 1F ceiling to assess the leak. Daniel and the team worked really hard to find and fix the problem, so we ended up not needing to replace the bath tub and minimized the cost. We liked them so much that we plan to do a kitchen cabinet replacement with them soon.“
