During a storm a few years ago a tree fell on my house and I had to have some repairs done and that's when I found John. After loving the work they did and the team I again worked with John 6 months later to complete major renovations that brought the house out of the 1950s and into the modern day. They updated the drainage, electrical system, plumbing, and bathrooms. Throughout the process I always felt extremely informed and trusted his team and subcontractors! They were all respectful and my dog even loved them all. I was even a bit sad when the work was completed, imagine that. We hired Hammerschmidt Construction update bathrooms, kitchen and turn a bedroom into an office. John not only refreshed our bathrooms, but changed the configuration to add badly needed storage for towels, medicines, etc. However, the star attraction of the entire renovation was transforming an unusual bathroom in our garage into a magnificent walk-in pantry in the kitchen.

John and his crew were easy to work with and came up with good solutions to unforeseen problems that always occur when you remodel an old home.
