“I just finished a kitchen/ dining remodel and it looks fabulous. I found Jen and Joe on Thumbtack. I could not find them on Yelp and was skeptical at first but my experience was wonderful! Jen had great design ideas and offered lots of suggestions about paint colors and palettes. The prices were reasonable and I liked the fact that everything was so transparent. I could see line item material and labor costs, and Jen checked in nearly every day about scheduling. Joe did a careful job, kept me up to date on what to expect, and did professional, quality work. Plus, I got free design consultation and used it to redesign my fireplace. Joe reframed and tiled it. It is now the centerpiece of the living room. My situation was unusual in that I had to move my 2 bonded bunnies out of the kitchen/dining area for the work. And, I was going to be traveling across the country during some of the job. No worries. I gave Joe a house key, he brought treats for my dog every day, and did excellent tile work. I came home to a beautiful clean kitchen/dining area and fireplace. I highly recommend California Custom Painting and Design. They really make a potentially messy redo a positive experience!“

“Highly highly recommend. Paul is a pro: responsive, creative, reasonably priced, super nice, and importantly, solid in craftsmanship. We needed adjustments/cuts in our concrete kitchen countertop for new appliances. He did the work quick and clean and right the first time. We'd used someone else from Yelp a while back and this was an entirely better experience with Paul. Also he used a HEPA vacuum so no particles left for us to breath in, or him to breath in. We are happy customers and will use Paul for future projects, recommend!“

“Customer Service is the heartbeat of any business that deals with the public. Particularly when you are selling products as most of us can find pretty much anything nowadays, either on the web or certainly from multiple suppliers. When I’ve shopped at Bay Plumbing, I’ve always had good interactions with the helpful staff. I had a plumbing leak with a product that I had bought six years ago from them. I stopped at the front desk and spoke with Dom. I was planning on purchasing some replacement parts. Rather than take my money and possibly sell me on an upgrade, She said, let me put you in touch with the company. I think we can get that for you at no cost. She spent time researching the original invoice, found it and gave me exact instructions on what to say when speaking with them.
I had reviewed them before and given them a five star review, but I wish there were more stars available, as I found this most remarkable service. And of course, I’ll be back the next time I need something. When you go in yourself, ask for Dom. I expect you will be most pleased.“
