For some context, over the last 11 years, our cabinets have held up beautifully. Recently, a few doors have expanded a bit, and they are starting to hit each other when closing. I called Cabinet World, and spoke with Maria immediately (no crazy phone tree system or waiting for an associate). She was so helpful from the beginning. Once she understood the problem we have with our cabinets, she went through a process on how to fix them (starting with sending us some replacement parts) and what other steps we can take if the less intrusive measures aren't working.
