“I’ve been working with Sweety Nagar, owner of Color Mesh, for over 10 years, and this 5-star review is long overdue.
As a Realtor, I’ve learned that exceptional staging isn’t just about placing beautiful furniture in a home—it’s about creating a vision that allows buyers to emotionally connect with the space. Time and time again, Sweety has mastered that art. She has staged a plethora of our listings throughout the Bay Area, primarily in the East Bay, and every project has been executed with professionalism, creativity, and incredible attention to detail.
One of the things I appreciate most is her consistency. She is always punctual, reliable, and communicative. She’s also flexible with payment options, whether it’s paid upfront or through escrow, which makes the entire process seamless for both agents and sellers.
Her inventory is constantly refreshed with stylish, high-quality furnishings and accessories, so every home feels current, inviting, and unique rather than repetitive. She has an exceptional eye for design and knows exactly how to highlight each property’s strengths while creating warm, aspirational spaces that photograph beautifully and attract buyers.
Most recently, Sweety staged our listing at 2608 Monte Vista in El Cerrito, and once again she exceeded our expectations. The transformation was stunning and perfectly complemented the home’s architecture and character.
After more than a decade of working together, I can confidently say that Sweety has become an invaluable part of our listing process. If you’re looking for a stager who is talented, dependable, affordable, and truly passionate about her work, I couldn’t recommend Sweety and Color Mesh more highly. She is one of the best in the business, and I look forward to many more years of working together.”
“Mollyanne and her team did a major kitchen remodel for us. She listened to our needs and desires and she brought her own excellent ideas. We also wanted the project to be as "green" as possible and she was happy to work with us on that. The kitchen has withstood the test of time (if you visit her showroom you'll see lots of photos of our kitchen!). Her design was timeless. We brought her back to help us remodel our media room and again she brought some really cool ideas that we used. We've recommended her to friends who have used her for various remodeling projects and they were very happy with the results.”
