Not only was it one they work with, they also just so happened to have an open slot right then for me. The new patient onboarding, eye exams, and consultations were a breeze and flowed like butter. Dr. Lam is such pleasure! I hadn’t had an eye exam for over 10 years and yet it was so easy to trust her expertise. The store is immaculate and the entire staff was absolutely wonderful from hello to goodbye. Five ++++ stars for all-around excellent customer service! Oh, and I also got some super cute glasses too.
