LensCrafters

Had an amazing experience with LIZ!
She helped me & my son out with our new prescribed glasses! Definitely felt very welcomed and very helpful! Will be returning back for future purchases! ☺☺☺

Everyone at the Culver City LensCrafters has always been awesome, but today I was helped by the fantastic Cathy. Her exceptionally warm, incredibly wonderful assistance just blew me away. First: she is like a sparkling star of genuine kindness and positivity. And not just with myself, as I saw her speaking with other clients and she was just as lovely and helpful. Nicole (manager) was exceptional. When a mistake left me without the glasses I needed the day before a two-week international trip, Nicole jumped in and fixed everything quickly and professionally. She went above and beyond, even helping return glasses I'd purchased through Oakley.com. Her calm, caring approach turned a stressful situation into a genuinely great customer experience. I can't recommend her and her store/staff enough — LensCrafters is lucky to have her!
