They give you a three hour window when to expect the technician and he came within the window and called before he came. Ivan is a nice, young man who looked at the oven. Fortunately, it was an easy fix and the igniter had to be replaced. Unfortunately, Ivan had to order the part and we made arrangements for installation in two days. Again, I was given a 3 hour window and Ivan called within the window. He got it installed and turned on the oven to show it was repaired. It was finished quickly and we were both on our way. “After 2 visits from another AC company coming out to tell me my unit needed to be replaced I was referred to Nice and Cool. Eli came out the same day just to tell me the prior company who came out purposely disconnected the one wire that would make my unit fail... 5 seconds after Eli's inspection he reconnected the wire the and the condenser immediately started working. He also didn't charge me his fee to come out because it was such a simple fix and he was in the area working on another home. When the AC finally does die it will be Eli I call to replace it. I can't recommend him enough. He saved me $13,000 from the crooks who tried to scam me. 10 stars... 5 isn't enough.“

“I recently brought my older vacuum in for repair, it was a good experience overall. The staff greeted me right away and took the time to explain my options, parts and timeframe. The repair was completed within a few days and my vacuum is working much better now. The shop also has a nice selection of machines, so I browsed around for a possible upgrade.
The only hiccup was communication. I had to call once to confirm the pickup date. I’m sure they were busy but it caused a small delay. Still for the price and the level of expertise I feel like I got great value.“
