“Called Appliance Guard on the advice of my realtor for an oven in an apartment a late relative owned. They give you a three hour window when to expect the technician and he came within the window and called before he came. Ivan is a nice, young man who looked at the oven. Fortunately, it was an easy fix and the igniter had to be replaced. Unfortunately, Ivan had to order the part and we made arrangements for installation in two days. Again, I was given a 3 hour window and Ivan called within the window. He got it installed and turned on the oven to show it was repaired. It was finished quickly and we were both on our way.
