I had great experience with Prompt Service, my main ac unit wasn’t working properly and the technician gave me all possible reasons of a problem before he even looked at the unit. That just shows that these guys know what they doing. It took him only 1 hour to fix an issue. The service that was provided to on the top level, customer service is very helpful. If you ever need any ac/appliance work Prompt Service is the place to go. They will not just fix the issue but they will make understand what really happened and not tell you what ever just to sell you. Highly recommended!
