Eli and his team provide first class, top-level service. His team is all business. They don't waste their time or yours. They show up on time, are very courteous, work efficiently as a team, help the customer understand the new AC system after the installation and answer all questions, and they clean everything up before they go. When I ran into a problem with my system recently, Eli sent his guys within an hour. He is VERY responsive to his clients, which is a HARD trait to find in businesses today. I have been associated with Nice and Cool and Mr. Zafrany for decades. Recently I had my AC and heating system replaced by them. It had been 12 years since they put in the last one. The whole thing worked out just fine. I am a physically handicapped individual and have always experienced sensitivity towards my unique needs when working with Mr. Zafrany and Nice And Cool. Additionally their response time to emergencies is outstanding, always 'finding a way' to provide services to remedy the problem.

Great service and efficient. Fixed our AC and diagnosed the problem quickly. Made sure that the faulty part was covered by warranty and arranged to replace it for us at no cost. Highly recommend.
