“Apex helped me get back into a workout routine. Due to work I had to do the 5am classes, I was afraid I was going to not be able to wake up, but after the first session I was hooked!! Perla is awesome, she is very good at pushing and modifying when needed. She won’t let you slack off. It is a good push though. Their motto is “It’s doable” and as hard as it is, it is doable.
