“I’ve been going to Chris for years, as a 60 plus athlete he has saved me numerous times. In the beginning I was just trying to improve posture and pain. But just this week really helped me though a very painful back injury. I highly recommend his service.“

“This is a long overdue review!! I've been to several Physical Therapy facilities and this is one that tops my list. I see Garrett and he's been taking care of me since my ankle injury (July '24) and now post ankle surgery. Naturally I wanted Garrett to continue being my PT because I'd like to be able to get to full strength again and I know he can get me there. His leadership with his aides is on point and each one from Ian, Kiana, Dylan, Billy and Ken have all been amazing (sorry if I misspelled anyone's names). They know exactly what they're doing and give precise instructions but also care to make sure you're not encountering any pain or doing an exercise wrong. I've made a lot of progress post surgery and couldn't be happier. Additionally, I can't leave a review without mentioning the front office staff, shout out to Kat and Marissa!! Right when you walk in, there is always a sense of feeling welcome as their professionalism, friendliness, and knowledge are what sets them apart!! Thank you In Motion O.C. for providing the best PT & helping me towards my recovery!!!“

“Dr. Kristina Levin has been absolutely amazing. She is Very kind and easy to work with. She provided great insight as to what could have caused my injury and what muscle groups are impacting it. My injury is feeling less painful thanks to her treatment plan. She also fixed my previous back pain I had. After her treatment it was gone! 11/10 highly recommend her!“

“I am Japanese and I cut my Achilles within three weeks of arriving in the states. I was very anxious and worried about my recovery process, especially because of my English. But even though I can’t speak English at all, I knew immediately that Christine was a very kind person. Even though there was a language barrier between us, she guided me thoroughly through the rehabilitation and I can now jump and run. It was unfortunate I tore my Achilles, but in a way I’m very glad that it led me to Christine!“

Accelerate Physical Therapy Physical Therapists

“I was treated recently for a neck/muscle injury at Accelerate Physical Therapy in Newport Beach by Dr. Shawn Mead. I had limited range of motion with my neck as well as ongoing discomfort in that area. I can’t say enough about Dr. Mead, he understood what my issues were and got me on a healing program right away as well as manipulated the areas in need of care. He was also helpful in educating me so I knew why and what he was doing. I started feeling relief within a few weeks and now feel like a new person. If I have any future PT needs, I will definitely go back. It was also easy to book appts and the staff is so nice and helpful!“

“Need Physical Therapy NOW to leap beyond pain, trouble with walking, jogging and enjoying life "on the coast?" Get your appointment with Mike Wright, DPT like NOW. Do it STAT. Tell your friends too. Mike spent way more time on "my full assessment" than several prior PT's. Then he explained WHAT was holding me back and STARTED ME ON A NEW PATH at once. This was so different - it WORKED and I made REAL PROGRESS. How about leaping from 1/4 mile walking to 3 or 4 MILES/DAY with a smile on my face? Sure, it took a few weeks and some work. Along the way, Mike would constantly ask, listen, watch, suggest, and have me TRY stuff I'd never done. He always asked "does THIS little change help John?" Gotta say, the SMALLEST CHANGES unlocked me from back pain, knee issues, and the ability to JUST WALK. I even got his OK to jog a bit. AND I CAN. Leap beyond your limits! Call Dr Mike NOW.“

“Dr. Lin and Dr. Park
Over the summer of 2025, I was assaulted. Among the injuries I sustained, the most significant were skull base fractures and fractures of my orbit, which led the emergency doctors to diagnose me with traumatic optic neuropathy. After consultations with maxillofacial specialists and ophthalmologists, I was told I was legally blind, 20/230, and that this was now my life.
Devastated, I reached out to Dr. Lin who was highly referred by a longtime family friend. She felt he and his team should see me and offer other opinions. While Western medicine may refer to Dr. Lin as a “physical therapist,” I don’t think that language fully defines what he does. At our first meeting, he was gentle, attentive, and deeply aware of my condition. His method is difficult for me to fully articulate, but it was unlike anything the physicians I had seen before had provided.
Dr. Lin created a treatment plan in collaboration with his in-house acupuncturist, Dr. Park, and the two of them treated me in concert. I visited them about once a month. Dr. Park performed acupuncture targeting specific hemispheres they agreed would be beneficial, while Dr. Lin used manual techniques, pressing, pulling, and adjusting different parts of my face and body.
One moment stands out clearly in my memory. As Dr. Park had acupuncture needles placed in the points she selected, Dr. Lin pressed a section of my face under my eye with significant pressure. The instant he released, my nasal passage cleared dramatically. I had been so focused on my vision that I ignored other parts of my body that also needed attention.
This is what impressed me most: their understanding of the interconnectedness of the human body, and the way each system affects the next. Even though I came in focused on a single issue, they recognized that other problems could be developing or stagnating and that treating one area would likely set off a domino effect. They addressed everything collectively rather than isolating one symptom.
Dr. Park also gave me homework: changes to my diet, foods to avoid, preferred cooking methods, and even the temperature of liquids I should consume. Detailed instructions that had never been offered nor had I considered.
Western medicine had only offered me chemical treatments or surgeries to remove or implant. Dr. Lin was one of the few who was relieved I had not had a surgery and was not taking medication. In my most desperate moment, when the reality of vision loss was fresh and overwhelming, they helped keep hope alive.
I am happy to say that I have since improved to 20/40 vision. Slowly, every day I feel a little better. I am not claiming that Dr. Park and Dr. Lin performed miracles. What I do believe is that the treatment they provided stimulated something meaningful in my recovery. Maybe I would have healed to this extent without them, maybe not. But I wholeheartedly feel that their treatment encouraged my body to heal itself.
I am four months removed from the incident, I have my vision back and I feel great. Recovery is not complete, but I am in a place now that my Ophthalmologist told me never to expect.
Thank you to both Dr. Lin and Dr. Park. I could not be more grateful.“

Goshe Physical Therapy Physical Therapists

“I have several issues that require a physical therapist, under a doctor's order. My MAC consultant/tech guy highly recommended Laurie Goshe. Laurie works alone with no assistants and one patient at a time, with plenty of spacing in between to clean during these virus times. I am so impressed with her expertise, and the assessments and re-assessments as I progressed. The pain in my areas of concern have greatly improved. The exercises are customized and never routine or boring. Laurie works with injuries, soft tissue issues, massage and ultrasound when needed. She has helped with advice as simple as how to sweep a floor with good body mechanics, and getting out of bed with back issues. I have been given instructions with drawings of the exercises, so I can continue to improve at home. She is conveniently located near the Hoag hospital with plenty of parking.“
