Alicia is my favorite instructor ever! I was new to Pilates over a year ago and nervous about starting because I have back problems. The size of the studio allows the instructor to pay closer attention to each move and ensure it's done correctly. Alicia goes above and beyond to accommodate my back issues into the session. She is very knowledgeable & presents awesome alternatives in case a move doesn't work out for an individual. Overall, she makes the class fun and exciting. All of the instructors are amazing and motivate you to do well and be your best self. I can't imagine going to another studio. Love it here!!!!
