I just finished the starter pack with Nicole and I can already feel a stronger core and better posture. She takes time to process your questions in order to give you thoughtful answers so that you understand how to correct your form. Also, Nicole is so nice and fun.
The studio is inside the San Diego Made building. It's a small but well equipped room with Classical equipment. Nicole is an amazing instructor. She has a really good eye and is very encouraging. The clients are welcoming and friendly too. It's an easy place to practice without judgement.
Ritual Pilates is an incredible classical studio that offers privates and small group classes. Nicole’s so encouraging and creates a safe space to learn. I feel so grateful to have the opportunity to learn from her. Nicole trained with Jay Grimes in LA. She’s completely transformed my practice and awareness. Thank you for staying true to contrology and sharing the work ❤
