Even though a visit wasn't needed at the time, the plumber gave us great advice over the phone on what to do, which really helped us out and prevented any problems. Later on, we decided it was finally time to replace our old water heater that had been running for many years. Collin came by, offered us an estimate for the new water heater, and even suggested a few other helpful plumbing improvements we could consider for our house. Collin was ready to replace the water heater right away, but since we weren't prepared that day, we scheduled the installation for the next week.
