“This 5 star review is regarding the experience I had with Stephanie, a Patient Navigator in the Memorialcare Fountain Valley (Corporate?) Office. I had gone to urgent care and needed important follow-up, and I had the pleasure of having Stephanie answer my phone call and acting as the liason between the PA, MA, and myself. She stood out as different to me because she truly listened to my concerns, was patient and effective. She is one of the employees here that actually cares about the patients (a lot of people do, a lot of people don't) and is an asset to your company. I really appreciated her help and just wanted to give credit where it is due. Thank you Stephanie!“

“This place is so close to the house I decided to give it a try. Didn't even wait an hour so came at a good time (after 5pm on a Tues). The receptionist was polite and told me what to do. It's really nice inside so don't let the outside fool you. The MA/nurse who took me back was very nice and listened to what i said and had a sense of humor too! I was seen by the doctor VERY quickly who was super cool. She eased all my concerns and answered my questions and gave me advice. Unfortunately i didnt catch her name. She made time for me instead of brushing me off. And the next day when I needed my visit notes faxed to my PCP the person did it immediately while I was on the phone! I would definitely come here again. Minimal parking because its on a busy street but clean bathrooms!“

“I saw Dr. Tran because I had a very irritating rash after surgery from two weeks ago. I was pretty anxious but her energy, friendliness, and obvious expertise relieved me greatly. We arrived around 9 a.m. on Saturday and were home by 10 a.m. Such a great experience. Everyone was very nice. Checking in was easy. My son and daughter-in-law had been there before for various things, and spoke highly of them. I recommend them wholeheartedly.“

“I wish he could be my primary Care physician. Very easy to talk to, very professional, doesn't make you uncomfortable or embarrassed in any way, explains exactly what's going on and has resolved every issue I've gone to see him for. I've been 3xs. Once for hives, once for respiratory infection and this last time for swollen lymph nodes. He takes excellent care of his patients. I appreciate his knowledge, professionalism and genuine care. 10 stars from me!!“

“Was there today at the Commerce facility,I must admit I wa impressed.The whole staff showed a lot of professionalism,seemed liked the whole staff worked in harmony.Waiting time was a little long,but Fridays are the busiest from what I was told. Alma & Sandra were superb,very knowledgeable and friendly.Those two are the bomb,also very polite as wel. “This is a clinic with overall good primary care. I was looking for a clinic that allows same-day new patient appointments for immunization titer labs and I was glad this clinic worked. I had looked over many of the providers/locations that my health insurance Aetna covers but I didn't see this clinic on the list. Luckily this clinic also accepts Aetna. I found this clinic simply by using Google Maps to find the nearest clinics to my home. My appointment was on a Friday afternoon and there were only a few patients when I was there. I didn't wait too long before I was seen. The front desk assistant, lab technician and the PA who I had interactions with were all nice. They were helpful when they answered my questions and fulfilled my needs. After the clinic obtained and processed my blood lab work, it took them around 2 weeks to give me a follow-up (via telehealth/virtual) update of my lab results. Then it took a while for the physician to sign my lab report and for me to receive my PDF lab report. I had to message my PA on the online patient portal to remind them about the PDF lab report. I'd continue to use this clinic if I'm staying in this area! One thing I wish this clinic could improve was the new patient paperwork. I had answered all those questions on that very extensive new patient survey (online), but I had to re-answer many of the same questions when I was at the clinic in-person. I saw the lab technician type in all my answers on my patient profile. They could have transferred all my pre-filled online survey data to my patient profile before or after I visited. I didn't like it when I had to wait for them to manually fill in all my information when I had spent a long time filling out that very extensive new patient survey beforehand.“

“Best urgent care experience. The wait was only about ten minutes, the ladies on the desk were very attentive. They even popped on a movie for the kids. The DR was also very informative and felt like she listened. I would definitely recommend coming here. I'm the type to just skip urgent care and just suck up the pain because of how scared I am of places like this. This place made me feel at ease.“
