My died suddenly immediately after she had completed her session at the Dayalacis center. She suffered a heart attack and she was dead within a second. There was no time for me to prepare for her death. But her body was picked up immediately from the center and within days she was prepared for burial. Holy Cross was instrumental in providing a crypt for my wife and a final interment all within days. My wife got a very good send-off with a funeral mass at St. Anne's Church and within hours she was interred and is now resting comfortably at Holy Cross.
The people at Holy Cross are very professional, caring, the cost is a bit high, Services was very nice, cemetery is well organized and clean, except the problems with the 100+ Canadian geese that are pooping everywhere, even on the tombstone and everywhere on the grass, the geese even pull out all the new flowers so they can drink the water in the hole.Very annoying ?, Holy Cross need to do something about it.
Our family highly recommends Holy Cross Cemetary as the final resting place for loved ones. Tucked into west Menlo Park, it is serene and well tended. Although our parents had purchased their plots years ago, when my mom recently died there were still details about the funeral and burial that needed to be coordinated. Kathy Wade was able to guide us through the necessary processes & documents in a manner that was both professional and compassionate. She provided clear information and answered all questions in a timely manner. The day of the burial the staff was attentive without being intrusive.
