I visited Nissan/Infiniti of Serramonte, and Mike went above and beyond to provide extraordinary service. He took the time to gather all the details about my car’s issues, gave me a ride home, and later picked me up when the car was ready. When I missed their call about the car being done, both Mike and Sabrina went out of their way to reach me because they knew I needed my vehicle back urgently to pick up my daughter. To top it off, they surprised me by washing my car—and fixed all the problems too. Huge thanks to Mike, Sabrina, and the mechanic who worked on my car.

Could not be happier with the purchase experience and would recommend the process for both new and used.
Staff is efficient, friendly and even with a long test drive we were out the door in under two hours (they even topped the gas tank off)!
The folks from both sides of the house (Infinity and Nissan) worked together as one. Very fair pricing and NO price gouging on add-ons (my 9th car purchase so am very familiar).
