This was my first time getting my car serviced at this location. I used to go to Infiniti of Marin for previous services. I called on Thursday 1/11 and was able to get an appointment on Monday 1/15. Levy helped me with getting my QX60 serviced. It started making some rumbling noises anytime I used the defroster/AC/heat. He was honest and gave me a cost breakdown of the services. I received a call with the issue as well as a complete assessment and recommendation of services needed. I opted for 2/5 services recommended and was able to get my car back within a few hours. Went for my first maintenenace service for our QX55 to Golden State Infiniti. At the service department we were greeted by Levy Tu, the Infiniti service adviser. Levy was very knowledgeable, patient, and courteous. He explained everything in detail and basically created a stress free and a very pleasant environment. It was a pleasure dealing with him and I would certainly bring my car there again for future service.
