I give Kollman and Mason 3 stars because I am disappointed in how long it took them to go into Holy Cross cemetary(next door) and add additional letters to an existing grave stone. The contract said to allow 45-60 days. They took longer. I had to call a few times to get updated ETAs. The work was finely done, but I got very worried that it would not.

John and Pierre are such great guys to work with. They both came highly recommended from numerous friends and family so it was without a doubt I'd give them my business. Pierre assisted me with designing my Grandmother and aunt's headstone. He was very helpful and offered suggestions when I had a hard time choosing. I'm excited to see the finished product.
