Andy knew what he was doing. Showed us the part that was missing 1/2 of itself. He even came back and fixed a clamp to the dryer hose along with a hole he found in the dryer hose. He also brought up this huge heavy package that we couldn't carry up our stairs. BONUS! He even gave our new puppy treats. Such a nice guy. Would reccomend Sears/A & E always!Service: Dryer repair
Husband stated gentleman arrived at 9am, had to move washer to access Propane Hot Water heater that stopped working. Within minutes he was able to get it to ignite, waited for 10 mins no problems and left. However it stopped working again within an hour.Had to reschedule another appointment 1 week away for them to return.Heater is still on warranty.
