I had a great experience w/GVAC! Started with the office staff, who are phenomenal. Then Ryan came out to inspect a 30+ year-old system and provide options for replacement. Bob spent a ton of time explaining everything I could ever want to know about heating and air conditioning, to inform my decision. When I finally did decide on a packaged unit, they were super quick to schedule installation and complete the work. Really tidy job site, almost like they were never there -- except that the house was warm again! Big thanks to our HVAC "dream team."

Employees were efficient, experienced, knowledgeable , polite, respectful. Cleaned up after finishing job. Would definitely recommend. I’m very happy with my tankless water system.

Grass Valley AC is wonderful. I've been using them for years and then had a problem with my unit. A tech was sent out to my house quickly and discovered a problem which was under warranty. Owner Rod came out to assess the unit. Within a week I had a replacement unit which is even more efficient. Bob in the office coordinated the work and called me each day for an update. A tech even helped me to fix my fire place so I would have heat.
