“Can’t sing Sweetwater Plumbing’s praises enough. When I first inquired about replacing my 75-gallon gas water heater with an 80-gallon heat pump water heater, I was impressed with John Howe’s product knowledge and ability to understand my goals. (I was very particular with how I wanted it installed.) He recommended a solution and then helped turn my dream into reality. It was a complicated project that involved temporarily relocating our old water heater and demolishing a water-damaged pedestal. And while there were several twists and turns along the way that didn’t reveal themselves until after the walls were opened up, the Sweetwater Plumbing crew handled everything professionally. The installation was super clean which is what I really wanted. Can’t recommend Sweetwater Plumbing enough…and highly recommend heat pump technology to anyone looking to replace their traditional gas or electric equipment. First photo is before, second is after.“

“My mother's house was severely damaged by hurricane Hillary in August of 2023. The roof failed and the entire second floor interior roof sustained extensive water damage, including to some walls, to the carpet, and there was also damage to the first floor. It was ugly. Servpro was retained by the insurance company to assess necessary repair. As my mother is elderly, I was the main contact. In meeting with Mike and Richard I immediately felt they showed respect to my mother and I, the house, our situation, that they had the skills and knowledge to rectify the situation. Most importantly, I felt that that they could be trusted. I was right on all counts. Not only were the necessary steps, timing, and possible complications explained to us, everything was completed to complete satisfaction within the parameters and way they had explained. On top of that, the Servpro staff in charge of moving and replacing the furniture and personal items were skilled, cautious, and completed it all with a smile and positive attitude. I was there to experience it. Kudos to Jessica and Janet! I can't speak to the quality of any other Servpro, but I have no hesitation in highly recommending the one run by Mike and Richard.“

“We recently had a pipe burst under our raised foundation home while we were away on vacation. We discovered the leak when we returned and immediately shut off the water to our home. It had been gushing water for four days and made a major mess! Joel from Livewell came out super fast and assessed the situation....a crew came out the very next day to begin the clean up, which took 3 days to complete. All things considered, that was pretty fast. I'd recommend them if you have a problem.“
“Short version: Justin (owner, GC) completed a remodel of our 5 bd, 3 bath house where every room was touched, and did it to the estimated price and on schedule per our initial meeting. The communication and responsiveness was great during the whole process, and if any issues did arise, it was addressed promptly to our liking. With Cal-Best, you will get an honest contractor at a fair price that will be able to complete your remodel. Long version: Our remodel consisted of removing a load bearing wall and installing a steel beam, complete repipe of water and sewer lines, new hvac/furnace/ducting, kitchen layout and new cabinets, 2 bathroom remodel and a bathroom added, added laundry room, electrical rewire, recessed lighting, and new windows/doors. Virtually everything in our 2200 sqft house was replaced minus the drywall. My wife and I developed our remodel plans, had structural plans made for the beam, created a detailed scope of work of what we wanted done (you should do this when meeting with potential contractors so that everyone is bidding on the same project), and met with 12 contractors total that were either recommended to us by friends or family, or ones that advertise on social media/ print ads. Justin was recommended to us through someone my father has worked with for a while. He was the second contractor we met with, and promptly provided a detailed estimate that was broken up room by room and trade by trade so that we could assess what we could do within our project budget and to ensure there was nothing left off the list. Despite asking all contractors for the same format, Justin was 1 of 3 that actually did so. When we got the other contractor bids, there were numerous areas where the estimated costs were much higher but with zero description, and as a result, we didn't have a good feeling they knew what was going to be needed to complete our job. Justin was checking in during this process which was another positive sign to us, where some of the others would not return phone calls or emails. Once we signed the contract with Justin, he was able to start the next week and our project was underway.Justin is the primary general contractor, but has a core group of employees that complete a lot of the work. He uses specific trades to complete the cabinetry, tile, paint, flooring. His crew and his subcontractors crew do quality work and keep the job site clean. In the few occasions we noticed something we didn't like, we would report it to Justin and it would get corrected shortly thereafter. There were a couple scope changes my wife and I initiated where he would provide a change order, wait for for approval, and then proceed when we gave him the go ahead. At the end of the project, when we received the final invoice, the total summed up to the bid price he initially provided (plus the COs), which further confirmed his understanding of the project requirements and pricing to get the job done. I would recommend Justin to anyone who is looking for an honest contractor, that will be responsive and take your calls/meet with you when requested, and do it all at a fair price.“

“They did a wonderful job for me! It was a small job by most construction standards, less than $5000. Because of that, I had trouble getting someone to do the work. Nico's showed up on time, worked in a timely fashion, and did a great job. Part of the job was to remove a massive old mirror that was glued to the wall. They got it off the wall and out the door without a break or a single shard of glass. They removed the glue from the wall and patched everything to make it paint ready. The rest of the job went beautifully, too. I highly recommend them.“

“Was a bit skeptical in the beginning but I allowed Miguel to work his magic and my couch ended up looking so nice. I will have him return to do a second pass in a few months as well as my area rugs. (Prior to the cleaning there were some stains and grease looking marks on the arm rests and stains on seat cushions.)* I bought my couch used ( judge me if you’d like lol) Miguel informed me that not only was the previous owner neglectful of the furniture( couch is a huge microfiber 3 piece sectional) which never seemed to be clean. But also they had pets and smoked. ( from what Miguel seen… (Previous owner clearly lied) Miguel showed me the filter and the water tank after extraction and OMG ?. I wish I took before n after pictures bc what you think is clean WOW was definitely not. It is a night/ day difference with my couch and it smells great.Overall, I am impressed with the work done and will be using Miguel’s service in the future.
