“I had an underground gas leak that no one could pinpoint the location of, including my regular plumber and the gas company. Tip Top brought out their gas detection expert (third-party) who found the leak within 15 minutes. I was worried it would be super expensive, but Tip Top gave me a very fair price for repairing the line (under concrete), installing an isolation valve, and doing a concrete patch. The team showed up on time the next morning, fixed the problem, and left everything clean and looking great, including the patched concrete. Everyone who came out - Mike, Izaiah, and team - was very thorough, knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. I wouldn't hesitate to use Tip Top again and to recommend their work to others.“

“This was very much a emergency call for an outlet that was overheating from our old microwave. As soon as I was able to message him details about my problems, he gave me a call and suggested the work that could be needed, I appreciated that since not many people give you a heads up of what could be the damage. He was very responsive on his arrival time, and once he saw the damage he got right to work, and was very professional and clean He gave us suggestions with purchasing a new microwave, and even took our old one to dump out, which was a very nice gesture . I would definitely recommend him for any home repairs .“

“I have a Flume water monitor and it detected a small leak that was running 24/7. I checked everything in and outside my house and could not find anything leaking. I called Sherlock and they came out the next day, Amit was my service tech. He was great, easy to communicate with and did a great job finding the leak. He had a bunch of different tools and techniques to track down the leak. Turns out a tree in my yard grew into my main water line coming into the house. It was deep in the ground so I never saw water in the area. Amit located the area where he thought the leak was and put a blue X mark. Next day a plumber dug up the dirt and found the leak right were Amit put the X mark. Great service and happy I used Sherlock.“
