“Andrew with Adrium is a true professional. I initially contacted him via Thumbtack along with 2 other business late at night to get the process going. He replied early the next day and I was fortunate in that he could come by to diagnose the problem with my broken GE double oven that same day. He checked the error code and did some testing and went back to his office to review the necessary parts he would order. He gave me a game plan of ordering some extra parts in case there were multiple problems and said he would only use the necessary parts and charge labor based on what was used. He is prompt, professional and clear about what he'll be doing. I will definitely use Adrium again if I have problems with other appliances in my home.“

“This company was the fourth I contacted and got estimates for replacing my furnace. I chose A & R (Marko) because he’s practically neighbor and local here in my city.
His estimate was reasonable and close to all that I contacted. He gave me tips and tricks on what to do for proper maintenance on all our HVAC. Tips on not needed and money savings maintenance.

I am glad I decided to choose his company because Marko did a great job replacing my old, over 40 yrs, furnace. He did everything in one day, installed, checked and even checked my upstairs furnace and A/C too done by somebody else. He made a correction on the A/C duct that was incorrectly installed just a few years back. He smelled a little bit of gas coming from my water heater and he was able to fixed it as well.
He was extremely easy to contact when I had a question the next day regarding the new furnace. I texted him and he immediately called me back and helped me fixed it.

“What great service all around. Found out my air conditioner stopped working and it was 10pm on a Saturday night. They were able to come on a Sunday at 2pm. Diagnosed and repaired in 70 minutes. David was very nice and poor guy had to work in the attic for about 40 minutes. It was 97 outside, so much hotter in the attic. My transformer and fuse to the furnace (which is connected to the AC connections outside). House is only 6 years, so I was praying for a 'repair' bill and not a 'replace' bill.
