Ditto.....quick and responsive. Leaky dishwasher was quickly fixed and leveled. Called a head to let me know he was on his way and showed up on time. Good work is greatly appreciated. Thank you.

The oven hinges on my oven bent backward preventing the machine from fully heating. Luckily it was still under warranty and the warranty company connected me with Jem Appliance. Jose came out and assessed the issue, ordered the part and returned to complete the service. He was professional, prompt and knew what he was doing. I would definitely use this company again and recommend them to my friends.
