TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! I was referred to this company by my appliance warranty company. After two technicians failed to repair my appliance, they did not show up on the third appointment. I have called, emailed, and text messaged them with no response. On the off chance that a representative answers a phone call, they hear me out, put me on hold for about 20 minutes, and the line gets disconnected. I immediately called back and never reached a representative again. They have never called me in response to any of my messages.

For a uniquely awful, and I mean miserable customer service experience, check these guys out. They dont pick up the phone, the don't return messages, and don't respond to texts. They treat customers like they don't matter. Far from heroes, these are Appliance Repair Villians!!!

My warranty company contacted them April 9 to replace a knob on my cooktop. They couldn't come until the 18th and when he showed up he didn't bring the knob. I was rescheduled for May 4 but again repairman didn't have the knob. Was rescheduled for 5/16 and the repair man didn't show up. When you call you get a recording no one returns the calls. I finally got a text saying he was running behind and they wanted to reschedule again. I told them no and they didn't even have the courtesy to answer me. Who knows if and when I will get the knob. This is the worst experience ever and I don't recommend this company.
