From Day 1 when I contacted Thomas Pools 6 years ago til now, he’s always been there for us even when Covid hit and we had to pause our project unfortunately at the last minute when we were signing our contracts. Although we were all disappointed, Ronnie was very empathetic and understanding. He’s professional and an expert in his field. He always follows up and is very patient throughout the design process, he captured our dream pool vision right out the gate! He even brought Tom over to consult with us on some of the intricate rock work we wanted to incorporate and discuss our project personally. We were really impressed with the customer service and care that we were shown during the initial process, which stood out above all the other local pool builders who we received bids from too at the time. The main factor we had selected Thomas pools was the customer service, when all other factors considered.You cannot go wrong if you go with Thomas Pools, I would highly recommend to anyone who wants a first class experience and project done right! Glen Construction had five stars and everyone who used his service was extremely pleased so we contacted Vince and he came to our home, took measurements and gave us a detailed quote. He is very professional, extremely easy to communicate with and always answers our phone calls and texts quickly. Our master bath walk-in shower renovation began the end of November and his team was absolutely amazing. Vince gave us recommendations for tile companies and shower head companies and ordering what we needed was easy and seamless. Vince has a great team working for him.
