Excellent service from Mr. Edison, he was very professional, informative and cares about the customer. Also called the office of Reliable, enjoyed talking to Ashley the assistant of information was great!
Miguel came by to do our first routine maintenance appointment. He was very friendly, efficient, and took time to explain to me everything that he was doing. Thank you Reliable Home Comfort!
We got our HVAC system 2019 and we only one maintenance done since today! Although, we did not have any issues we needed a maintenance check. We called on a Monday and were able to schedule a maintenance check for that Friday. Customer service was great and we were explained what would be happening. Our technician was Miguel Martinez. He was absolutely friendly, informative, considerate and very professional. He wore booties when in side the house and took them off every time he went out. He constantly kept us updated and informed us of what he would be doing. We were very happy with the service, that we are now members of the service plan with Reliable Home Comfort.
