“Alex and Eric were great to work with on our remodel (knocked out two walls, new kitchen, laundry room and revamped the dining, family and living rooms and raised some ceilings). They weren't the cheapest or the most expensive but the quality of work they completed was undeniably terrific! Alex has a wealth of construction knowledge and always provided cost effective alternatives for issues that in the end always turned out better than what I was expecting. Alex and his crew paid attention to details throughout the construction process and always strived to make me happy with their work products. They stayed on budget (minus change orders based on my upgrades) and would have stayed on schedule if not for some overlooked structural issues that my engineer had to work through with the city to approve the permit amendment. Eric was easy to work with through the contract process answering my questions promptly. The only minor complaint I have is some of their workers start work at 9am so they sometimes stay until 7pm+. Since I'm retired it wasn't an issue and allowed the workers to completely finish a certain phase of the work by the end of the day. Overall, I am very happy with the quality of work Vostok completed at my house and would highly recommend them.“

“I used Good Life Construction to remodel my mother-in-law's bathroom. We needed to convert a tub shower combo to a walk-in-shower. We needed a small lip and wanted the shower to be widened. Our goal was to get this done within the next month and at a low cost so that she could continue to care for herself since she is in her 80's and was no longer able to get in the tub easily. We took several bids but Good Life Co Rep (Serge) came out and seemed to listen to what we wanted and needed. He was very courteous, professional and knowledgeable. Their bid was competitive and one of the cheaper ones but I felt like I was going to be taken care of by a good team. Serge and the admin team were very communicative by email and we scheduled the work in a timely manner. The work took 3 days and was exactly what we needed. The crews were clean and nice. The put the grab bars exactly as we specified and wanted the adjustable shower head for later when we have to add a shower chair. Overall, a great experience at a reasonable price. I would recommend them to my friends. I've attached a before and after pic. The after shows the quality work done prior to putting up the shower curtain.“

“Vitaliy & his team completed a full primary bath remodel. This was an ADA project. It included widening our shower area doorway, installing accessible sinks, fixtures, roll under sink cabinetry, installing wall mounted toilet, curbless roll-in shower with grab bars, foldable shower seat, relocated shower fixtures, and upgrading to a smart light and speaker system.

Everything turned out wonderful! It has made the quality of daily life for my husband much easier. It is completely functional and accessible. It looks stunning!

“Zack went above and beyond to diagnose our problem with a loud compressor. We had other companies that said that they would have to replace entire ac unit. Zack diagnosed that it was a bad compressor and contacted Trane to replace compressor under warranty. We have used Howes before and have always been extremely satisfied with their professionalism. “I can not even begin to say how unbelievably happy my husband and I are with the work that M.I.S. Construction has done for us. The company replaced my roof in in less than 4 days (this due to inspections with no issues of any kind). This included removing 1 large and 1 extra large skylights and replacing them with Solar Tubes. Painted my the outside of my whole house and replace a huge double door with a beautiful single door (had to build the frame for the new door as it was about 4" smaller than what was originally there).They replaced my 2 fences on both sides of my house including the retaining walls. So many of my neighbors have been shocked at how good the house is looking.Last, but so very important. “One Friday afternoon, desperate to find a granite top for a kitchen island in our new home, I call up John at Premier Granite and asked if he had the materials we were looking for. Not only did he, but he invited me to stop by his shop, where he was currently working, to show me a few samples.I arrived to find him hard at work, though he put everything down and kindly spent time with me to discuss stone types and options. I got covered in quartz dust, but happily so! We found a stone that would be perfect, and after discussing different pricing options, decided on a solution.What really struck me though was his ability to cut and install in less than five days time -- which meant I could actually get it done before moving into the new house! I wasn't expecting that at all, and felt that John really went above and beyond to help me out. But it wasn't a rush job by any means: the stone is absolutely beautiful and his work installing it was meticulous and without any flaw. My wife and I are very happy with the new island, and personally I am even more impressed by John's level of professionalism, care and responsiveness. “RJH did a complete restoration of both sides of my duplex number of years ago. It's still holding up after all these years. If something wasn't right they came and fixed which is more than I can say for most contractors. Through the years I've asked Roger to come and do some more small and medium size projects. He is always been very professional and I find his prices to be reasonable. He keeps his word and says he will be back and he comes back! He is the best contractor I've ever dealt with.“

“For over a year I have dreamed of remodeling my master tub, shower & flooring. I am placing this post to let people know that my dream has come true with Jaguar Construction. From the first day that Jeff Guillet arrived, I gave him a rough sketch of what I was looking for in a remodeled master bathroom. He gave me several ideas, places to look for materials and a verbal rough estimate. I have learned from previous home remodels that it is best to work as a team with the contractor. To help look for materials that I prefer as much as possible, before starting the construction. This facilitated for a smoother completion of the remodel. Jeff's communication was prompt and he arrived on time each day up to the finish line. I especially liked that Jeff communicated quickly and asked me questions as to my preferred look of changes at each step of the construction. My master bathroom was beautifully completed in about a month. I recommend him for most of your construction needs. By the way he went beyond remodeling my mater bathroom. He also repaired several of my doors, my front yard drip system and sliding door handle.“
