V&S Quality Construction
“We recently hired V&S Quality Construction to remodel our kitchen in El Dorado Hills, and we couldn't be happier with the results!
From start to finish, working with them was an absolute pleasure:
- Top-Notch Craftsmanship & Self-Correction: V&S Quality Construction takes genuine pride in their work. I was incredibly impressed by their attention to detail—they inspected their own work continuously and corrected minor things on their own without me ever having to point them out.
- Complete, Uncompromised Solutions: When the new cabinets and island didn't match the footprint of the old ones, they adjusted the hardwood floor seamlessly. While competitor quotes revealed they would leave the floor unfinished—meaning I would have had to hire and coordinate a separate flooring contractor—V&S handled the entire scope themselves. They precisely cut the hardwood floor boards (which I provided) down to fractions of a millimeter to keep the toe kick minimal, which looks so much better! V&S delivers full, complete quality work—no partial fixes or extra hassle.
- Minimal Subcontracting & Hands-On Oversight: They keep subcontracting to a minimum. Whenever a subcontractor was used, Vitaliy personally ensured that all the work met his own strict quality standards before moving forward.
- Transparent Pricing & Budget Control: Their initial quote was completely itemized, making it super easy to add or remove items as the project progressed. There were no hidden fees, and the final total was remarkably close to the original estimate.
- Exceptional Communication & Planning: Planning was meticulous with zero unnecessary surprises. Whenever a choice needed to be made, they asked for my input right away. On top of that, text messages were always answered promptly.
- Spotless Worksite Daily: Remodeling is usually messy, but they completely isolated the work area with vertical plastic sheets to keep dust contained. On top of that, they cleaned and vacuumed the workspace at the end of every single day—even right after demolition.
If you are looking for an honest, communicative, and detail-oriented contractor in the El Dorado Hills area, I cannot recommend V&S Quality Construction highly enough. Because of the trust they established with us, I won't think twice before hiring them again for future projects!”
