Zack went above and beyond to diagnose our problem with a loud compressor. We had other companies that said that they would have to replace entire ac unit. Zack diagnosed that it was a bad compressor and contacted Trane to replace compressor under warranty. We have used Howes before and have always been extremely satisfied with their professionalism. Would highly recommend them.
