I had never been to an acupuncturist before, but everything else had failed me including physical therapy, trigger point injections, etc. I treated with Jen for about 6 months to help with my chronic neck and back pain. She was consistent, knowledgeable, and strategic with my treatment. My back/neck will probably never be healed 100% as a result of the car accident I was in, but she got me as close to normal as possible with her treatment plan. I highly recommend her! And make sure you are consistent because acupuncture doesn't work over night. Give Jen a few months, and you won't regret it! Also, make sure you communicate with her what works for you and what doesn't. She is incredible, but she's not a mind reader.
