“I've been working out here for a few years now. It's a great workout. Not a lot of time needed and you don't get sweaty. But after 20 minutes you feel like youve worked every muscle in your body. I've gotten a lot stronger over that time. You work one on one with a trainer, so the workout is really geared to your needs. Contessa, my trainer, is absolutely great. It is on the expensive side, but if you can afford it, it is definitely worth the time.”
