Jen is fantastic! I had never been to an acupuncturist before, but everything else had failed me including physical therapy, trigger point injections, etc. I treated with Jen for about 6 months to help with my chronic neck and back pain. She was consistent, knowledgeable, and strategic with my treatment. My back/neck will probably never be healed 100% as a result of the car accident I was in, but she got me as close to normal as possible with her treatment plan. I highly recommend her! And make sure you are consistent because acupuncture doesn't work over night. Give Jen a few months, and you won't regret it! I have been very fortunate to have received a couple treatments from Jenn! Initially I went to her to help me treat some sleeping issues I was having and within a couple of treatments, I started getting into a better sleeping pattern. Her needling is gentle and she is constantly checking in with me to make sure I am comfortable throughout the treatment. I tend to ask questions during treatments, but Jenn is great at answering them to make sure I know what is happening. If you are on Instagram as much as I am, you should also follow her! She leaves great recipes to try, as well as tidbits about Chinese Medicine that is very informative!

I have received excellent acupuncture, tcm and cupping treatments from Dr. Jennifer Tom. She is a very thoughtful, gentle and precise practitioner. Her attention to detail and finding the underlying issue to my ailments has helped me immensely for long term health maintenance of digestive, muscle tension and headache related issues.
