“Full disclosure: this was the first acupuncture treatment in my life. Jeff Armstrong is patient, thorough, kind, and fun. He explained everything in detail without being condescending, and it was a wholly pleasant experience. I was having neck pain since October, 2023, and I tried a chiropractor and a masseuse. I experienced zero relief through both of those endeavors, and I know this will not be everyone's experience, but later in the afternoon after having my first acupuncture treatment, I would say I was relieved of about 95% of my pain and had much more range of motion. “Dr. Sarah is incredible and a miracle worker. I developed Achilles tendinosis by summer 2023. I had been going to physical therapy but wasn’t progressing. I I started seeing Dr. Sarah early 2024 and she worked with me. Did probably 6 sessions of ART and I was back up and running by May 2024. Eventually I competed in my first Half and Full Ironman’s in the Fall of 2024 thanks in all the work Dr. Sarah did.
