I recommend to people looking for a physical therapist, this has been the place where I found honesty and very professional Daniel Echeverry, all the new owners are excellent, very professional, the place is very clean and very good service, it is helping me a lot in my recovery and thanks to the entire team at Betchel physical therapist, a very welcoming environment, very happy to be here, I recommend it 100 percent ????

The new owners of the practice are great- one of whom is Bryn who also treated me. The treatment and level of care I received was superb. Unfortunately, I was a patient during previous ownership who overcharged me and then ignored me when I realized it and asked for it to be corrected- the new ownership group made it right and refunded me what was overcharged, even though they weren't the ones who improperly charged me or profited from it. They just wanted to do the right thing and they care about their patients and customers. I would highly recommend anyone who is in need to visit this Practice, especially given the new ownership and management group.

I was recommended this business. I have been going to get therapy for an injured foot. The therapist are the best. Very knowledgeable and pleasant ,however there is a woman there that is rude ,disrespectful And aggressive. Very aggressive. I had to put up with her lack of respect and rudeness on three separate occasions my blood pressure rose dangerously high and had to be help by Jason's assistant. I had chest pains for three days. I decided not to go back. She has some serious issues and can get very ugly if she does the same to someone like her. I was surprised no one intervine while she was yelling at me. I'm a 78yr old person and she is much younger than I. .
