“Would you wait in line 2+ hours? Guardians of the Galaxy, or Taylor Swift tickets yes, but covid19 vaccine? Sept 9, 2024 first day of the new covid vaccine comes out at Kaiser, with people lined up at 8am, even though they don't open until 9am. No appointments needed -first come first served with one exception. If you are covered by Kaiser and go to Safeway, the vaccine will cost you $80. If you go to CVS it will cost you $120. Those places got the vaccine a week earlier. Medicare no longer covers the cost of the vaccine for those 65+, and the federal government no longer provides free covid vaccines for everyone else. We last got the vaccine in May 2024, but that was the same vaccine we got in Sept 2023. The Sept 9 2024 vaccine is for the new covid variants. The Mountain View Kaiser medical center is open 9am-430pm weekdays only, and closed weekends. Those of you still working will have to go to Santa Clara medical center open later hours and on weekends. We got in line at 11:15am, with the line winding around and into the building. Free wifi outside the building courtesy of city of Mountain View, covering all of the downtown area. Takes us until 1:30 to get the vaccine. There are four stations for getting the vaccine, but at times two of the stations are vacant, as the employees are out to lunch. People in wheelchairs or pushing four wheel walkers get to go to the head of the line, along with their handlers, without waiting. Security let at least 8 people jump ahead of us, even though we were waiting 2 hours in line already. At the vaccine station they look up your age, and base the amount of vaccine dose on your age. Next time, will have to check if I have any four wheeled walkers left used by my late parents.“

“Two years ago, I was injured while climbing during an outdoor activity. After being told by another chiropractor that the injury was getting worse, I found Dr. Zhuang online. The website of Dr. Zhuang's clinic says "Setting Bones and Tightening Tendons", which made me feel very authentic and hopeful! At that time, my condition was that my right arm could not touch the left side of my body, and the muscles in my body were stiff and unable to move normally. For Ordinary life also has a huge impact, and everything is really lost.

During Dr. Zhuang's first treatment, the doctors in the clinic were very experienced and patient. It took a lot of time to understand my condition and use computer equipment to help me analyze my back muscle stress and muscle injuries. After the initial diagnosis, I found that it was not just the area I thought was injured, but there were actually many areas that needed to be adjusted. Based on my condition, Dr. Zhuang helped me adjust to a pain-free state on the same day.

The difference between Dr. Zhuang and other chiropractors I have seen is that she very much requires patients to understand their own bodies and make adjustments to correct wrong postures. The reason is that even if the doctor adjusts it now, incorrect body posture later will still cause muscle strain or soreness. With her careful adjustments and step-by-step exercise and stretching guidance, I returned to the state I was in before the injury, and even better than before!
