Dr. Wang is exceptional, even by Kaiser's high standards. I visit her every few months to have growths on my scalp removed, and despite the pain of the procedure, she relaxes and distracts me. She is also very thorough and never misses a growth of almost any size.

The medical center's patient care and accommodation process is effective and efficient, with commendable attributes such as professional, knowledgeable, empathetic, and helpful staff. Although there may be a waiting period, it is not futile and serves a constructive purpose.

Today's experiences were fantastic. We go to Kaiser all the time. Unfortunately, tho, Kaiser pushes its good practitioners to the brink as most private managed care insurance companies do. The practitioners are not at fault for private insurance forcing practitioners to meet patients in under 20-30 mins. That's not enough time for complex things. Personnel are super kind and helpful! If I didn't know better, I would think all practitioners at Kaiser love working there. Facilities are always clean, fairly welcoming and updated for a medical office.
