They have provided us with emergency and non-emergency medical attention, as well as minor and major surgeries, and cancer treatments. The medical staff has saved my father's life multiple times, and for that, I am forever grateful.Moreover, the nurses and doctors have provided irreplaceable bedside manners to both the patients and their family. I have never had an attending doctor neglect calling me with updates, even after hours. During a recent ER visit, the staff was incredible, ultimately admitting my father. “Amazing experience here for my daughters first visit. The person I spoke to at the front desk was very nice and quick to process us. Once we were taken back, our nurse was very kind and made us feel extremely welcome. She was extremely skilled, calm, and made the ouchie parts not so bad. My one and only complaint is that SHC manages to text me about my bill, about my upcoming appointment, about needing to check in, etc., but you do not seem capable of texting me that the infusions were running ONE HOUR BEHIND. If I had known, I would have been able to work a bit longer instead of taking off when I did, and I would have gotten a Starbucks. That's why I took off one star.“

“I popped into the Cupertino location as I was visiting my son in the valley for a week. I’m an author and suggested to Billy the manager that I have a book signing and he was enthusiastic. I did have the book signing. It went very well. I sold some books people had fun and I had met so many nice people. I will definitely be back there when I’m in the valley.“

“The Hospital and staff are fantastic. The main issue is the parking. There is next to no handicap parking, (far less than a hospital should have, at any rate) and the Valet is often not there, like to take your car, or to bring it back. I've noticed on super busy days they only have one valet at the stand in front of the Building Q. So cars and people waiting to retrieve their cars are stacked up waiting on one poor valet to hustle around getting everyones cars taken care of. The valet service needs to HIRE more people and PAY them better so they stay with the company. This screams bad management. No one should be the only person at a valet stand. Especially not at a busy hospital when people have appointments to get to on time, and there is next to no ADA parking.“
