“The Hospital and staff are fantastic. The main issue is the parking. There is next to no handicap parking, (far less than a hospital should have, at any rate) and the Valet is often not there, like to take your car, or to bring it back. I've noticed on super busy days they only have one valet at the stand in front of the Building Q. So cars and people waiting to retrieve their cars are stacked up waiting on one poor valet to hustle around getting everyones cars taken care of. The valet service needs to HIRE more people and PAY them better so they stay with the company. This screams bad management. No one should be the only person at a valet stand. Especially not at a busy hospital when people have appointments to get to on time, and there is next to no ADA parking.“

“For years, my family has lived in San Jose and received exceptional care from Crescent Medical Center. They have provided us with emergency and non-emergency medical attention, as well as minor and major surgeries, and cancer treatments. The medical staff has saved my father's life multiple times, and for that, I am forever grateful.Moreover, the nurses and doctors have provided irreplaceable bedside manners to both the patients and their family. I have never had an attending doctor neglect calling me with updates, even after hours. During a recent ER visit, the staff was incredible, ultimately admitting my father. I greatly appreciate the level of care and respect they showed.The cleanliness of the facility is top-notch, and despite being short-staffed like many professions post-pandemic, they have not shown any signs of being worn down.I want to express my gratitude to the doctors, nurses, and entire staff at Crescent Medical Center for always putting a calming effect on the situation. And let me add, their cafeteria is fabulous too!“
