“For years, my family has lived in San Jose and received exceptional care from Crescent Medical Center. They have provided us with emergency and non-emergency medical attention, as well as minor and major surgeries, and cancer treatments. The medical staff has saved my father's life multiple times, and for that, I am forever grateful.Moreover, the nurses and doctors have provided irreplaceable bedside manners to both the patients and their family. I have never had an attending doctor neglect calling me with updates, even after hours. During a recent ER visit, the staff was incredible, ultimately admitting my father. I greatly appreciate the level of care and respect they showed.The cleanliness of the facility is top-notch, and despite being short-staffed like many professions post-pandemic, they have not shown any signs of being worn down.I want to express my gratitude to the doctors, nurses, and entire staff at Crescent Medical Center for always putting a calming effect on the situation.
