The staff were all great. My one and only complaint is that SHC manages to text me about my bill, about my upcoming appointment, about needing to check in, etc., but you do not seem capable of texting me that the infusions were running ONE HOUR BEHIND. If I had known, I would have been able to work a bit longer instead of taking off when I did, and I would have gotten a Starbucks. That's why I took off one star.
Heather is amazing! She is very caring, respectful and very empathetic! I was having a very emotional day and she listened and let me know that she cared! Heather asked about my brother, he also has cancer (she remembered our conversation from my last injection). I was truly blessed by my visit with her! Thank you for hiring the best nurses at Stanford!
