“I highly recommend Project Zen. As a birth doula, supporting a birth can be very physically demanding, and Project Zen has been the perfect reset for me. I used to get great Thai massages here years ago, and about a year ago I returned for regular deep tissue massages. I especially enjoy the deep tissue massage from May, she is excellent. I carry a lot of muscle tension that requires deep pressure, and she is able to really work through it. I leave each session feeling noticeably less tense and much more relaxed. I have also tried hot stone massage for the first time this year and it was incredibly relaxing, if you like heat and pressure combo I recommend it. The standard prices are reasonable and if you catch a sale, which they do occasionally have, you can find a great discounted price. I will absolutely recommend Project Zen to all of my birth clients.”
