I had my first session with Colleen last week. I let her know I pulled a calf muscle and lot of tightness on my shoulders/neck. She suggested deep tissue and a sports massage which was a great call. I actually fell asleep for a moment but I also felt the strength of her technique. Colleen stood out to me not only because of her technique but also because she took time to sit down and talk to me before the session. She gave me helpful tips on how to make the most of the massage as well.

Hard to put into words the amazing job Colleen does. She is a master of her craft. After a terrible experience at another place years ago Colleen was a godsend. She asked questions on our first meeting so she could determine what type of massage would best fit me and her recommendations were right on point. She shows she genuinely cares and seems to be a great person. That combination is hard to find nowadays. I have certainly found my "to go" place whenever I am in pain or just for maintenance. I highly recommend her to everyone, you will not be disappointed.
