Colleen has been my massage therapist for about 5 yrs. I'm very particular & her work has been consistently thorough, professional, & tailored to my body's needs each visit. She has helped me through post surgery joint replacements in addition to some usual aches & pains getting older. It is a privilege & relief to be on her massage table regularly.

I had my first session with Colleen last week. I let her know I pulled a calf muscle and lot of tightness on my shoulders/neck. She suggested deep tissue and a sports massage which was a great call. I actually fell asleep for a moment but I also felt the strength of her technique. Colleen stood out to me not only because of her technique but also because she took time to sit down and talk to me before the session. She gave me helpful tips on how to make the most of the massage as well.
