I saw Tai for a 2 hr deep tissue massage and was incredibly grateful for her communication, strength, and thoroughness during my massage. I had a lot of issues for her to work through and she did a great job intuiting and prioritizing certain areas of need.I also added hot herbal compresses to the massage which was a total treat. The space was cozy and welcoming, and the price incredibly fair considering her experience and skill. I will be back!“

“I wanted to leave this new review for Piedmont Family Spa. I had a booking problem a couple of months ago. To summarize I had booked online, received confirmation of my booking, showed up for my appointment & was told I had no appointment. I left feeling quite unhappy. But I'm very happy to say the manager or owner contacted me the next day. He explained there was a computer glitch mistake & offered me another appointment at half charge at my earliest convenience & I did take him up on that. The massage was great & I left feeling good & feeling good about coming back for future service. I see some people have reviewed bad tipping experiences. I have not personally experienced this. I tend to give 20% for just about everything. Food, haircuts & massages. My last massage therapist didn't exactly smile or thank me when I tipped him but I feel strongly that 20% is fair & adequate so I don't care that much if he was displeased. I will return to the spa & I will continue to tip as I do. Thank you.“

“I found Miss Kim after covid and I'm so lucky I did . I originally came in for nerve pain caused by a Injury that I was having numbness and pain up my arm into my neck . She helped me tremendously with improving my pain that nothing else would help . She also helped with my allergy symptoms! After some time now I recently went back due to a back injury that caused nerve pain down my legs .I wasn't able to walk very well and in extreypain making it hard to do anything .In a world we're you can't get in to see a doctor for weeks to get any relief other then rx she has helped me so so much with this slow recovery over the past month and a half . Along with vaula le information we discuss during intake . She looks at you as a whole person what stressors , traumas , job etc that could be effecting you to help treat you accordingly. Worry not if you don't know the injury locations she will help you figure it out . Her space is one where you can have privacy during your sessions to truly get all of the amazing healing perks of acupuncture etc that she offers !“
