I've been here 3-4 times now and have a had a great experience every time. I've gone for the full body massage for 60 minutes each time. Whenever I call to book an appointment they ask if I prefer a male or female therapist and they can accommodate every time.
The only thing is that there's a tutoring school next door and at certain times of the day, the area by that wall can get loud. However, there's not much W Spa can do about that and you can time your massages around the noisy times.
I had a great massage with Nancy! It was so relaxing and comfortable, I eventually fell asleep and as a mom of a toddler, I will never complain about that. She was able to really get out some of the knots in my shoulders - I could feel it the next day. She was great, attentive to my different muscles and pains, and professional.
Another reason why I wanted to give a review immediately is because I had unknowingly dropped a diamond necklace in the room as I was getting ready for the massage. When I called them TWO days after the massage to inquire about a missing necklace and if it had been seen, they connected me with Nancy again and she had been keeping it safe...read full review
Everything about W body & foot spa is top notch. I get the 90 minute foot/ full body massage. Wendy was my therapist, and she was excellent. She is strong, intuitive and kind. I highly recommend her, and any other service or therapist here.
I love that the spa is on the water. They usually have the doors open to the water, so there is a breeze blowing through the entire space, and it just feels very serene and calming. Please support Joe, the owner, and this business!
