“I needed a bunch of new wooden windows painted (interior and exterior) and needed someone licensed and bonded, since half the windows were on the 2nd story. I'd had some bad experiences with other companies flaking on estimates or just not getting back to me at all. He was prompt, friendly, and paid close attention to detail, pointing out things the other 2 guys I'd met with skipped over. Instead of trying to sell me a new roof, he discovered that the leaks were due to other parts of the roof (exposed exterior beams, chimney flashing in disrepair). He explained everything fully, gave me a detailed estimate and scope of work, and delivered in a timely and efficient manner. Based on the heavy rains we had a few days later, everything was completed to a “T”!
