My mom and grandma have been well taken care of over the years by them but we’ve needed their support and help even more so recently after my grandmother was discharged home from the hospital. Emily Nguyen (Director of Patient Care Services) has been absolutely exceptional going over and beyond to help coordinate care. Nurses Kimberly and Thao Le have been so kind, professional, and gentle with collecting labs and straight caths. PT team has been absolutely amazing with Peter Nguyen and John Huynh. “I called American Quality Care the evening of Sunday, May 11th simply to inquire about their services "in case I needed them". Little did I know how much I would need them after lifting my Mom into bed the next day and putting my back out. I called them at 10am and by 2pm the same day, our ***angel*** Eugenie arrived! “Dr. Katherine is dedicated to her practice and her patients in a way that I have never experienced from a medical professional. I came to her when I was 6 weeks post partum, as someone who had a high risk pregnancy, due to a car accident a few years ago that damaged many of my organs. My immune system was compromised, I had rashes and pain everywhere. Week by week, she revitalized me and I'm starting to feel even better and healthier than I did before pregnancy!! “Brightstar is very professional and all the staff that we had the pleasure to meet were very helpful and kind. Four stars because we did ask for a caregiver without an accent, because my mother has hearing loss. Brightstar still sent caregivers with strong accents. This made it hard for my mother to communicate. That being said, we stopped service because my mother no longer needed care. Should we need this kind of care again we will call Brightstar Thank you for your care and support“

“Recently visited. Although walk-ins are available, make sure you schedule an appointment, as wait times can be pretty exhausting. However, once you get seen, everything else is breezy. They give free tests, and can lock you into various resources for your needs. Overall an 8.5.“

She made me feel safe and welcome to share anything awkward or embarrassing and was helpful in giving medical advice and solutions to my problems! The front desk staff were also very helpful!
