When I first started with Lincare did not know what to expect: But as time went on I got to know the people on the phone and also the driver Hector he's my guy very caring , informative, knowledgeable I enjoy the advance notice he gives me so I can be here. If Hector can not make it the it was schedule he'll call me to let me know it well be the next day-not a problem. As long as I know I have no problem with that! Thank you Felicia

Lincare customer service rep supervisor redeemed provider by prioritizing equipment for immediate service and addressing operational questions:1-Initial delivery of equipment was done without leaving or emailing contract2-No pre discussion about servicing equipment, especially tubing.

When I went in to pick up my CPAP machine I was kind of expecting to be handed the machine with a bunch of paper instructions on how to use. I was very surprised that they actually took me into a room and went over every aspect of how to operate the machine.Lin are blew me away with everything they covered in a relatively short amount of time.
