PLEASE READ ALL and thoroughly, this is very important. I have two family members that needed this companies help. There was not just 1 but 2 workers separate times at this company that walked off the job at our home and just left with bad attitude. My advice is PLEASE get security cameras in and outside your property to record the illegal activities that can come when you do business with this company. As a matter of fact, just get security cameras when you're dealing with caretakers. I'm not saying that all the workers are bad anywhere. I like this Agency. Paul was excellent communicating us with the care-givers they instantly provided to us, and that are very knowledgeable about their job. They are always on time with a smile on their face.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about AHCS referral Inc. I was referred to them by Kaiser hospital. My friend (now deceased) who doesn't have any relatives had a phenomenal caregiver. Delvin who requires 24 hrs caregiver has the most kind, emphatic, diligent caregiver. When there are issues that develop between the caregiver, which is inevitable, Benedict the homecare specialist has been available and jumps on it. He solves the issue without shame, which is critical because no one is saddled with unhappy feelings which he would attach to the patient.
