“We had extremely old and extremely squeaky floors in our upstairs. We'd been quoted by a few companies who weren't sure if they'd be able to fix the noises. David assessed our house and said no problem, quoted us a reasonable price compared to others and we picked out samples. His team was able to start on our schedule and they even finished early. The quality of the floors is beyond what I thought for luxury vinyl and all of the squeaks are gone! We're so happy we chose Tom's for our flooring needs and would definitely use him again if we need to get our downstairs done to match.“
“We met with Ari and were very impressed with his ideas regarding our bathroom and kitchen remodel. We contacted Spaces Home Remodeling Contractors on the recommendation of a family friend who had worked with this company. Ari met with us at the house and was super detailed and clear with his words and ideas. The meeting went so well that we scheduled a second meeting with him. At the second meeting, he provided a project timeline and a detailed scope of work. Everything just made sense to us, and since we were serious about this kitchen and bathroom remodel, we did not waste time and signed a contract on the spot. From that moment on, we received exceptional customer service. The office contacted us the next day, scheduled a meeting with a designer, and started the permit process. It took a few weeks for us to get the approval from the city to start construction, but once we had it in hand, Spaces Home Remodeling Contractors started the work. Everything was well prepared and organized. Ari made sure that we had all the required materials on-site. He insisted that it would save time and prevent hiccups, which today I agree with. It wasn't easy to live in the property during the remodel, but Spaces Home Remodeling and Ari did their very best to make us feel comfortable during that time. They were surprisingly clean and made sure that there were no hazards left around at the end of every workday. Since we lived in the house throughout the remodel, we were very involved in the project. It was nice to see that Ari treated our remodel seriously and visited the house every day. You can tell that this team of people has been working together for a while. They were all on the same page, planning, and timeline the entire time. Both our kitchen and bathrooms look amazing. Spaces Home Remodeling Contractors did high quality work and were outstanding to work with.“

“Sometimes, the customer isn't right. Jaime helped turn a very rough-looking floor into one that exceeded what I had requested. I had recently purchased a unit in a highrise condo building in San Francisco's East Cut neighborhood. I was renting a unit in the same building and was fixated on replicating the exact finish on the floor of the unit I had just purchased. Jaime and his team came recommended by the HOA since they had a lot of experience working with the floors in this particular condo building. Jaime took the time to carefully explain the constraints specific to the flooring in the building. He was extremely knowledgeable. Even after explaining the constraints, I was still determined to replicate the exact finish created by the original builder. After the work was completed, I compared the floors in the newly purchased unit against the floors in the unit I was renting, and they were quite different. Initially, I was unhappy with the result. Jaime and team had to put up with a grumpy customer for a couple of days, but I eventually recognized the error of my ways. I soon recognized that the new floors in the unit I had just purchased were actually much nicer than the floors in the unit I was renting. Jaime and team delivered a finish that was superior to the finish I had gotten used to. It was a 'glow-up.' After moving into the new unit and being back in the old unit to prepare it to hand back over to the owner, I have found myself thankful that we didn't replicate the flooring in the old unit. Jaime and crew are world-class in what they do. This was one of those 'trust the experts' scenarios. The customer isn't always right. I highly recommend Chacon Flooring to anyone looking for excellence in execution.“

I wanted to lay something down on top of the tile that would be easier to keep clean and look a lot better. I called this store and the person on the phone was so helpful. He is very knowledge on all of the different types of flooring they offer and was sure to guide me toward the flooring options that would work best for me. I was remodeling my home in San Carlos. I ended up purchasing 2,000 sqft of European Oak and it looks beautiful in my home! Their installation manager, Rolando I believe, did the job in only a couple days as I was in a time crunch. Her co worker Elijah looked up best ways to clean my hardwood floors due to my pet and this was very helpful. When I entered the store they were so welcoming, inviting and comfortable. I live down the street and I believe my landlord purchased her hardwood floors from this location and I must say they did a beautiful job. Overall my visit to LL flooring was beyond my expectations and Sade came through and Elijah help greatly. I have been managing businesses in the industry for over 25 years and these two are exceptional and deserve the recognition.
