“I had a fantastic experience working with the guys at smart pest pros. You can tell these folks work well together, from Rich who answered my many calls and questions, Matt who inspected our property thoroughly, Josh who provided me with photos of the work done, and Emmanuel who came out to seal up our house and set traps.Like many folks leaving reviews here...I was losing my sanity trying to figure out how mice were getting into our house. The issue was mainly upstairs, where they seemed to love our closet and daughter's room...after cleaning, disinfecting (multiple times!!) sealing up every way I thought they may be coming through with steel wool, humane traps...I kept seeing these dang droppings. I set up glue traps (I know, I know) but that's the only way I could catch them it seemed. Caught 8 inside the house (both upstairs and downstairs) first few days of setting them up. I was stressing so bad, couldn't eat, couldn't sleep...I almost had a mental meltdown after seeing/hearing one scurrying around in our bedroom when we were trying to sleep one night...I knew I had to call for professional help!!Matt came out and inspected our attic, garage and exterior where he found multiple possible entry points/holes/gaps. He told me they don't do any interior sealing work, though. He spent almost an hour inspecting, and quickly compiled a report with photos of everything, pricing, and went over right there with me in person, making sure I had all of my q's answered. He was so easy going, patient, and knowledgeable--I immediately was put at ease about our issue. He even made a suggestion to trim a tall bushy tree leaning against our house, apparently rodents are good climbers and can hop onto roofs that way. When I had follow up questions a few days after, he answered them all, never making me feel dumb or like he was exasperated with everything I was needing clarification on.Emmanuel came out to do the work, and he did a very thorough job, spent about half day sealing up everything, setting traps wherever needed, and again patient and put me at ease like Matt with everything. It's been about a month, and we haven't seen or heard any activity.The pricing was fair and lowest compared to two other local companies I got quotes from.Got another quote from a company based out of Benicia, they wanted to charge almost $5K for both sealing holes/gaps inside our house ($2K alone for interior work) and our attic. The inspector came out and spent less than 30 mins inspecting, no photos or details on the report for what specific work would be done and when I had questions, everything was verbal and vague from the owner like "oh yeah, we'll take care of everything", "look, I'm not going to solve your problem 100%" and "who knows, rats may chew through your walls" -- in a condescending way trying to pull scare tactics on me. So glad we didn't go with them...Highly recommend Smart Pest Pros folks, when you're having rodent issues and can't handle it yourself...seriously don't hesitate to call them!! They will take care are of you.“

“We had a terrible problem with birds nesting under our solar panels. It was so bad that we had weeds in our gutters, as well as debris blowing off of the roof onto our patio and dog run. One of our dogs ate some debris and nearly died. ZAP cleared debris from our roof and yard, they cleaned the panels and then installed netting around the panels to keep the birds from coming back. They were professional, flexible and worth every penny. Fantastic service.“
