I have Known Alex since 2000 and been a Bust a Bug customer since 2/2001. Most recently Shawn has been helping with a rodent issue. He takes the time to explain everything. He is kind and courteous.

*Original review was my end result, but I'm updating it. The actual service was good prior to the communication failures. The owner is actually nice, and usually accommodating, which is sy ut surprised me that it ended this way. Hopefully, they've fine-tuned these inconsistencies since I was a customer.*
Poor scheduling communication and when issues are brought to their attention, you are told what you want to hear with no follow through. Servicers showed up without notice or confirmation of appointments.
